Role Overview
The Exhibition Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through exhibitor and
sponsorship sales for trade fairs and exhibitions. The role focuses on identifying prospects,
managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall event success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, cold calls, and
networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
- Present and negotiate exhibition packages, sponsorships, and customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align on event objectives.
- Ensure excellent client servicing before, during, and after the event.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in exhibitions/events.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing client accounts and developing long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
