Assistant Project Manager-Retail

Location: Gurugram / Mumbai, India

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Managerfrom the industry to join our Project Team and provide support for the successful planning and executions of events.Candidates with experience of working on retail events would be given preference.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project team in sales, marketing, promotion, administration and further development of the event.
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and creating marketing material (print & digital).
  • Allocation of stand space
  • Liaise with supporting associations, media & seminar organisers
  • Sales reports and CRM of the project

Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years’experience in B2B trade show sales desirable; experience in working on retails events will be given preference
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Well versed with MS office
  • Good interpersonal skills, organisational ability and time management
  • Should be a team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Customer focus is vital
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems desirable
