Executive/Senior Executive - Design

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for an array of marketing materials including catalogues, presentations, brochures, flyers, digital graphics, newsletters, business cards, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with marcom team to ensure cohesive designs that align with the company’s branding and strategic goals.
• Responsible for the entire design process from concept through to completion, handling multiple marcom projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay ahead of the latest design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to keep our visual communications contemporary and impactful.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Professional Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a preference for experience in the corporate or marketing sectors.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, and digital design.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), HTML, Adobe XD, Corel Draw
• Excellent grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey design visions.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to producing high-quality work that aligns with business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, high time management skills.
