Project Manager

Location: Gurugram / Mumbai, India

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the project plan for the respective exhibitions and accompanying programme
  • Develop the project schedule
  • Establish strategies for the achievement of the project objectives
  • Team management
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Assigning work and monitoring performance
  • Tracking project progress
  • Project status reporting
  • CRM activities
  • Working together for bringing customers to domestic and international projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, post-graduate in marketing and sales will be preferred
  • Minimum 6-8 years of extensive experience in the B2B events industry
  • Experience in strategic development, sales and marketing
  • Ability to remain updated on the latest industry trends, updates and market knowledge
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, positive thinker, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
